Commitment Certificates

Don't bother with these if you are in New Zealand, Massachusets, South Africa or Spain.
But Gay Couples in Australia must still settle for a Commitment Ceremony - at least until the ACT gets rolling.
These are still wonderful celebratory binding events which can be recorded on this Certificate.
Heterosexual couples also prefer a commitment ceremony if for some reason they do not wish to be, or cannot be, legally married.
